Buying or selling a home is a big decision. I don't believe it should feel like a high-pressure sales process.
My role is to help you understand your options, think through the details and make decisions you feel confident about.
I'm responsive — probably excessively so. 😄 I ask a lot of questions. I pay attention to the little things. And I am completely comfortable telling you when I think a home isn't right for you or when I believe we need to rethink a strategy.
I don't measure success by how quickly I can get you to buy or sell.
I measure it by whether, at the end of the process, you feel like someone was genuinely looking out for you.
I've worked in the real estate industry in Nova Scotia since 2006 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2020. That experience has given me a unique perspective on both buying and selling — particularly when it comes to marketing, negotiation and understanding that there is rarely only one way to approach a real estate decision.

I take the time to understand what you want, what you don't want and, just as importantly, what makes sense for you financially and long term. Sometimes that means finding the right home. Sometimes it means walking away from one that isn't right.
From reviewing properties and neighbourhoods to discussing value, preparing a strong offer and negotiating the terms, I'll guide you through each step of the purchase. Once your offer is accepted, I stay closely involved through financing, inspections, insurance, conditions and closing.
I'm responsive, practical and never afraid to point something out — even when it isn't what you hoped to hear. My goal isn't simply to help you buy home. It's to help you feel confident about the home you choose.
